• Support Accounts Payable
• Receptionist duties
• Reconcile company credit card statements
• Complete various accounting related tasks
• Support Accounting Activities in Sage 300
• Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• 2+ years of accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Proficient in Microsoft applications; Excel, Word, etc
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• General knowledge and understanding of accounting procedures
• Experience in an office environment
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
