Job Description :

This position requires at least 4 consecutive years of experience with B2B outside sales of services.

Crescendo Self Storage Management (CSSM) is a fast-growing 3rd Party Property Management firm. Our company has an excellent track record of acquiring and managing self-storage properties in multiple states and regions. Our promise to our clients is to rocket their cash flow with zero hassle. Our clients work less, make more money, and stop worrying about their property because they know that with us, it’s handled.

Our ideal B2B Sales Representative has a proven record of driving revenue growth by bringing new business clients (at least 4 consecutive years).

  • Prospecting through outreach emails, cold-calls, and Face-to-face meetings.
  • Deliver beneficial & convincing presentations to prospective business clients.
  • Building a pipeline and consistently meeting sales goals and objectives.
  • Experience in the self-storage industry is a strong plus.

Total compensation:

  • Competitive base salary
  • Lucrative commission program
  • 4 weeks of paid vacation plus paid holidays
  • First year expected to compensation to be 100K - 120K with uncapped potential for much more depending on number of deals secured.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
