Our upscale cafe & bistro is expanding! We are looking for a bartender to serve craft cocktails an wine during evening hours, from 4 -9 PM, Tuesday - Saturday. We seek someone who loves ideating and creating an amazing cocktail!

• Own our bar cocktail menu, serve and make craft drinks.
• Learn our evening menu and make drink and dish recommendations.
• Establish a relationship with local customers.
• Work front of house, know our wine and food menus.
• Take inventory of our liquor, recommend cocktail recipes.
• Help promote our brand and learn our retail olive oil business.
• Enjoy an employee discount.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Is a self-starter, fast-learner, independent worker, and problem solver.
• Has previous bartending experience.
• Is honest, efficient, flexible, and dependable.
• Loves food and cooking; talking about wine, meals, and what pairs well with dishes.
• Is available to work on weekends, events, holidays (as needed) and can lift and carry bulk product.

This Job Is:
