Summary: Assist with taproom operations, including educating and serving customers, cleaning glassware, and taking phone calls

Essential Job Duties:

• Educate customers on beers offered by Toppled Turtle Brewing Company
• Sell draft beer and merchandise to customers
• Wash and sanitize glassware
• Maintain clean and inviting taproom and bar area:
• May assist with ordering and inventory of merchandise
• May assist brewer with brewing activities

Required Job Qualifications:

• Commitment to quality work in all tasks
• Passion for beer and customer service
• Positive attitude
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Ability to lift 55 pounds

Desired Job Qualifications:

• 1+ year serving experience
• Desire to learn, grow, and take on increased responsibility
• Cicerone Beer Server certification (or seek within 3 months of employment)
• Employer will pay certification fee if exam is passed
