We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. Include working closely with our management to create and analyze financial reports, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and bills. Our ideal applicant has substantial experience in bookkeeping and is capable of working independently or with little direction. The Bookkeeper's main duties are to accurately record all of our business's daily financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Record day to day financial transactions to produce financial records
• Ensures financial data is entered correctly and accurately
• Enters journal entries to debit and credit the company's accounts
• Generates accounting and audit reports
• Reconciles and reports differences or issues found in financial records
• Process accounts receivable/payable
• Pay bills
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial data analysis.
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
• Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.52 per hour
