Job Description
We are seeking an outgoing and customer service-oriented relationship manager to join our organization and work with our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for outside sales, generating new leads, maintining relationships with those leads, meeting with clients, and educating them about our services. You will need a minimum of two years experience in B2B sales as this job requires you to proactively source, strategize and develop new leads, client relationships and referrals.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships
  • Actively pursue and develop strong relationships with referral sources and trade partners to drive more business to our company
  • Identify key contacts at potential client companies to establish and foster relationships
  • Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services to guide their choices
  • Deliver marketing events that drives awareness of our company and improves participation in our referral program
  • Understand the problems and challenges of clients, address those needs
  • Grow the business by identifying new leads, sales and business development opportunities
  • Monitor and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients
  • Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business
  • Resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • Set revenue targets and develop and execute a strategy to meet them
  • Detailed record keeping and logging of daily activities, expenses as well as interactions with referral sources and trade partners

Qualifications:

  • Keen analytical and research abilities
  • Knowledge of relationship management best practices

  • Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services
  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B sales and/or customer service role
  • Online marketing skills or experience preferred but not required
  • General Construction experience preferred but not required
  • Water mitigation experience preferred but not required
  • Working knowledge of exactimate is a bonus
  • Valid driver’s license

Pay: $55,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year (salary & commission)
