Peterson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is currently seeking a full time salesperson. The ability to speak Spanish and English is a plus!!!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Present and demonstrate the features, advantages and benefits of our products and organization and negotiate the sale with customers in both English and Spanish.

Build and maintain relationships with customers to provide lifelong care of their automotive needs.

Build and maintain relationships with fellow employees

Train daily and always remain a student of our industry

POSITION REQUIREMENTS TO INCLUDE:

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish

Must be able to relate to different types of customers

Must be a good communicator

Must be able to make friends with complete strangers quickly

Must be able to follow instructions

Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record

Drug test required

Must be disciplined and low maintenance

Must be able to problem solve and think on the fly

Must be willing to dedicate oneself to a craft and stick with it

WE PREFER:

We prefer applicants without prior automobile sales experience

We prefer applicants to be bilingual in English and Spanish

Sales experience in other industries besides automotive is a plus!

We prefer applicants with solid work history including multiple years with the same employers
