Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required. Knowledge of The Joint Commission, federal, state laws and regulations that govern

Delaware RN license or ability to obtain license. Registered Nurses work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor and

Proficiency with Microsoft Products, Office 365, Microsoft and Apple hardware and their supported OS. Knowledge of Avaya System and Session Manager platforms.

Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions;

Experience including but not limited to heavy equipment operation, mechanical engineering, general mechanics, welding, custom fabrication preferred.
