Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP) Pharmacy license (by job entry date).

Graduation from an accredited PA program, current NYS PA License, BLS/ACLS certification and NCCPA board certification are required.

Demonstrates ability to identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans

BA or BS degree in Human Resource Administration, or related field. Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations when setting policies and procedures

Performs follow-up calls to patients as assigned. Lists patients medical allergies on red allergy sticker on front of chart and on medical record.
