Forest Hills Country Club is looking for a communications and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Also known as “The Family Club of Choice,” Forest Hills was founded in 1964 in the prestigious suburb of Clarkson Valley in the greater Chesterfield area. We are dedicated to enriching the lives of our members and their families through exceptional recreational, social, and dining offerings in a private club environment. Our members enjoy world-class golf and amenities within a friendly and inviting atmosphere with our 27 holes of golf, 2 pools, 6 tennis courts, and 3 pickleball courts. Comunications and Marketing Coordinator Job Summary:

The Communications and Marketing Coordinator coordinates and manages the development and production of the monthly newsletter, quarterly staff newsletter, website and mobile app, writes and edits member email communications and other internal and external communications. This person works closely with all members of the management leadership team and members of the Club.

Education, Experience and Skills

• Undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Liberal Arts or other field desired.
• Graphic design education and/or experience.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Publisher.
• Proficient with English grammar and possesses strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Dedication to providing an excellent member experience.
• Flexibility to work occasional holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
