Westgate Property Management Company, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Controller with at least 5-7 years of accounting experience to join our team in Lawrenceville, NJ. Our growing company portfolio consists of 16 properties throughout NJ and PA.

We are looking for an individual who is career minded, able to manage a small accounting team, work hard, develop, and grow. Individual should be self-motivated, detail oriented, have excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as having the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

*Real Page & One Site property management accounting software experience; able to assist property managers in training when needed. Strong Yardi experience will be beneficial.

*Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and Outlook

*Processing of accounts payable/receivable

*Bank reconciliations

*Budget analysis

*General ledger entries

*Review of monthly statements

*Quarterly operating reporting, P&L and balance sheet review

*Light administrative duties including answering phones and filing when necessary

*Identifying issues and discrepancies

*Communication with vendors, property managers, regional managers, President and on-site office staff.

*Processing of year-end audit entries and workpapers for all properties
