JOB Summary

Develops team members to ensure every guest leaves happy.
Assists the ownership team to develop maximum sales volume and profit margin.

Essential Functions

1. Demonstrates positive and effective role modeling for all team members through appearance and attitude. Ensures team members are in compliance with appearance and uniform policies.

2. Effectively runs shifts to ensure properly portioned high-quality product is being promptly served. Provides ongoing training, development and coaching to efficiently lead team.

3. Reviews daily deployment sheet and adjusts to ensure team efficiency and great guest service while maintaining labor costs

4. Performs dining room and restroom checks consistently to ensure the restaurant is stocked, clean and in a suitable condition to serve guests.

5. Consistently maintains excellence in guest relations to make every guest feel appreciated.
Addresses guest concerns in a professional manner.

6. Routinely monitors and coaches team on workplace safety and food safety best practices.
Ensures equipment is used and maintained properly.

Qualifications

· Strong decision making skills with the ability to develop and sustain a high performing team. Ability to build relationships and foster a positive and friendly environment.
