Consilio seeks an experienced Data Privacy Attorney to assist a prominent Global Technology Company with various privacy and compliance related issues and transactions. The Attorney will work closely with in-house counsel and internal teams as well as with the company's outside counsel. Successful applicants will have at least 7+ years of focused data privacy experience in addition to general in-house corporate experience. This is a great opportunity for data privacy attorneys who wish to work remotely on a contract basis.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7+ years of solid data privacy experience
  • Experience with tech companies a plus, but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and work well with in-house counsel, internal business units, and outside counsel
  • Experience and ability to work independently on a remote basis; proficient with technology; ability and desire to work on a contract basis
  • Strong academic background from a top law school
  • An active law license in good standing
  • Duration - 12 plus months
