Be responsible for projects from concept through implementation including graphic design, creating prototypes/mock-ups, design system, and style guide.

Must have a good driving record, have had a drivers license for a minimum of 5 years, and be willing to travel in Thousand Palms and Mecca areas.

Eligible or licensed in Arizona as a Physical Therapist. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with over the top customer service capabilities.

Practical ability to analyze field and technical data, perform research, demonstrate technical knowledge, and solve problems. 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training.
