The Client Manager/Security Staff position is our entry level position that works with our felony adult offender population.

Willingness to work, clean criminal background, and drug screening is required. After 5 pm 4 hours a night, # 2. After 5 pm 3.5-4 hours a night.

Must have the ability to conference calls, transfer calls, park calls, place customers on hold and periodically let them know we are still here.

Handling and directing a high volume of incoming calls. Preferred knowledge of in-home care or healthcare field. Proficient computer and typing skills.
