BTOD.com is looking for a digital content manager to join our marketing team. We are a fast-growing small business based in Weston, WI. This position at BTOD that will be focused on our content strategy and proper implementation for our eCommerce website, learning center and social media channels (YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook).

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a strategic content calendar, including written and video content.
• Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
• Manage content distribution to our eCommerce website, learning center (WordPress) and social media platforms to increase web traffic
• Manage weekly email campaigns to current and potential customers
• Participate in internal cut reviews and perform revisions as necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism or communications required
• 2+ years of professional experience in writing and editing position required
• 2+ years of WordPress experience preferred
• Basic SEO knowledge and keyword research experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong time management skills
