This position will involve field and office work performing physical field surveys of streams, evaluating existing conditions, conducting functional assessments

Ideally, the candidate should possess a deep understanding and practical experience with the use of various tools to enable a systems engineering lifecycle

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration or similar field.

A. Education: Associate degree in business, marketing or a related field. C. Licensure, registry or certification: None required.
