Job Description :

Growing Cardiology Practice is seeking an experienced Administrator to provide complete oversight of organizational functions. This is a high-level leadership role overseeing the comprehensive operations of the organization and growth. Involvement in directing all aspects of clinical functions, including staffing, logistics, budgeting, client/patient care, and administrative duties. *Bachelor or master’s degree in Health Care Administration or similar field required. Minimum 5 years' experience in lieu of degree may be considered * Responsibilities include but not limited to: * Time management and ability to meet deadlines * Verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask * Problem-solving and decision making * Proactivity and self-direction * Interpersonal skills * Marketing * Staffing * Strong knowledge of credentialing processes for physicians and insurances * Liaise with facilities, referring offices, device, and pharmaceutical representatives * Proficient knowledge of HIPAA, JCAHO, MSDS and Human Resource policies and implementation * Create processes, policies, and protocols for new departments * Successful launching of new locations * Expert record keeping of employee files, meeting details * Design and implement business strategies to assist the clinic to realize business goals * Oversee the department’s compliance with legal policies, guidelines, and standards * Ensure departments maintain sufficient and qualified personnel * Organize and run all patient care or administrative operations and programs * Ensure all medical records and other hospital documentation are current and within state and federal regulations * Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide feedback on performance and improvements according to organizational needs * Plan and manage budgets, operational costs and approve payroll * Act as a connection between patients, their families and additional care staff
