Horizon Rehabilitation Centers is seeking a full-time physical therapy assistant for the following opportunity:

• Treat a variety of patients in an outpatient setting
• Transition patient into a medical fitness post recovery program
• Work alongside therapists with decades of experience in orthopedic and neurological rehab
• Explore the culture and building blocks of a successful private practice

Our ideal candidate must possess:

• Patient-centered focus, enthusiasm for the profession, empathic personality
• Exemplary ability to motivate patients to complete the plan of care and market Horizon Rehabilitation to the public

Horizon Rehabilitation Centers are outpatient physical therapy clinics composed of staff with a diverse skill set to treat a wide range of population types. We are a locally owned, long standing private practice, with therapists holding advanced certifications in athletic training, neuro clinical specialization, manual therapy clinical specialization, and strength and conditioning. Horizon Rehabilitation recently opened our brand-new fitness center, Medical Fitness Solutions, to provide our patients the ability to transition into a post recovery fitness program with supervision from medical specialists.
