Job Description: Graphic Designer for Growing Ad Agency. On location position in Lehighton, PA. Not a remote position.

We are: A growing ad agency looking for a full-time creative graphic designer. We are looking for a motivated team player who is detail-oriented with a great attitude and who wants to be invested in a great place to work. This position is in a fast-paced creative, growing advertising agency environment with high attention to detail and ability to generate branded creative for multiple local and national clients. Benefits are available upon full-time hire.

The Graphic Designer’s daily workload will include creating web ad banners, social media graphics, emails, display ads, full-page newspaper ads, billboards, logos and working with established brands. Animated Graphics and Video a plus. One Saturday a month is required, this would be a work from home day.

A graphics test is required to be completed for an interview.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Willing to be trained to our methodology and process.
• Thinking creatively to produce branded ideas and creative concepts with the ability to version for different media.
• Ability to use stock photography, create vector elements quickly and cohesively. Proofreading to produce accurate, detailed high-quality work. Working through Creative Director and Performance Managers.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Above average working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Must have a working knowledge of design principles, direct response, minor html knowledge.
• Ability to work at a fast pace a must and follow a creative process workflow.
• Must be able to work independently and under strict deadlines.
• Must be able to use basic HTML and Web-building tools. No coding from scratch involved.
• Compliance or legal experience integrated with design helpful.
• Communication skills need to be superior.
• Animated graphics and video a plus.
