Minimum of five years relevant accounting experience. Directly manage the accounting staff. Provide financial reports and create corporate budgets.

Work closely with plant management to implement operational improvement strategies to maximize efficiencies throughout the unit.

The ideal candidate will have experience in day-to-day operations having worked in both the office and field. Supervise and manage field personnel.

A bachelors degree and three to five years of HR Generalist experience, or a masters degree in HR management and two years of experience in the HR field, or
