Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Plan, Perform, and Report on Operational, Financial and Compliance Audits - Conduct audits of the accounting and statistical data of various departments and Company locations to verify accuracy and efficiency and assess if the activities are in compliance with Company policy. Assist in the development of the scope, objectives, and work plan for all assigned audit engagements. Assist in the preparation of reports on the results of audits and special projects.
• Internal Controls - Document, analyze, and evaluate existing policies and procedures to determine the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls at various levels in the Company. Make recommendations to improve Company business practices and policies to reduce risk.
• Assist Outside Auditors and Assist with Special Projects - Collaborate with the Accounting Department to work with outside auditors in undertakings to help facilitate their work. Assist with special projects requiring analytical and risk assessment skills.
• Perform Investigations - Perform audit tests to identify fraudulent transactions. Assist in fraud investigations. Procure evidence and work with the Human Resources, Compliance, Security and Legal Departments during investigations.

Qualifications

• 
  A four-year college degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Three to five years of audit experience is required.
• A Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor of other appropriate certification along with prior SAP software experience is preferred.
• An understanding of internal control concepts and have experience in applying them to plan, perform, manage, and report on the evaluation of various business processes/areas/functions.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present to peers and management.
• Possess excellent analytical ability and business judgment.
• Must be able to travel.
