An IT Administrator is responsible for the desktop, server, and networking systems at Forsman Farms. Also, responsible for the company’s ability to utilize technology to improve the performance of Forsman Farms. The IT Administrator reports to the Solutions Architect.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Procure and manage computer resources for all Forsman Farms employees.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with servers, networking equipment, printers, and employee computers.
• Assessing and implementing new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency of Forsman Farms employees.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools required.
• Good verbal and written skills
• Able to learn new software programs.
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Ability to work with confidential information.
• Experience in computer and server troubleshooting and management.
