About the Opportunity

The IT Manager is responsible for ensuring that SFA is getting the maximum business value from our software suite including ERP and M365 applications, resulting in efficient and effective business operations. The IT Manager will be responsible for assessing current and anticipated business needs as well as leading projects. Focus will be on implementing and supporting the ERP software financial systems and processes. The individual will maintain and support Accounting / Operations user requirements (including report development, security access and restructurings). A significant portion of this role will include business process reengineering, change management, and project management across distributed and diverse constituents.

Responsibilities for IT Manager

• Ability to maintain operations of Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 and troubleshoot issues.
• Experience in administration of cloud-based ERP systems (Acumatica preferred).
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to business operations.
• Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
• Familiarity with active directory, DNS, DFS, DHCP, Group Policy.
• IIS Administration (Public and Private websites).
• Hyper V configuration and administration.
• Monitor company backups and implement Disaster Recovery procedures. (Experience with VEEAM a plus)
• EDI troubleshooting and Support (850, 810, 846, 856, 997).
• HVAC scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Able to work outside of regular business hours if assigned/ required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for IT Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience working in IT operations with 2+ years of experience working with ERP administration.
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network, and systems. administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization.
• Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices

Salary

$80,000 – $100,000
