Good communicators with our patients and stakeholders (internal staff, co-treating disciplines, social workers, discharge planners and physicians).

Valid Texas driver's license with available and dependable transportation and proof of current automobile liability insurance.

An Associates Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, business, or related field is required, Bachelors Degree or higher is preferred.

Returns patient phone calls by the end of each business day—or sooner if acuity is high. 2+ years experience as a certified MA.
