Our firm is seeking a dynamic leasing agent to join our team. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for joining the sales team to generate leads, assist with property showings and maintain customers. We need a detail-oriented Leasing Agent that has strong skills in analyzing market trends and communicating effectively with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting potential renters and guiding them on tours of available units
• Following up on leads for potential renters
• Ensures available and model apartments are fresh and tidy.
• Conducts background and credit checks and verifies other references as directed by Leasing Manager.
• Prepares leases for Leasing Manager's review and approval; obtains signatures from management and tenants.
• Coordinates move-in dates, materials, and processes.
• Prepares move-in materials.
• Handling the collection of rent payments, security deposits, and application fees
• Keeping residents informed of any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property issues
• Building a rapport with current tenants to give them personalized service
• Assists with recordkeeping, filing, bookkeeping, and paperwork as required.
• Creates, develops, and maintains a list of promotions and discounts.
• Develops and implements marketing strategies to attract renters.
• Performs other general administrative duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $976.00 - $1,145.00 per week
