Current OT license in MA required. Develop and implement occupational therapy plans of care ensuring quality and safe delivery of occupational therapy home

Experience: Minimum three years tractor-trailer driving experience and/or two years verifiable tanker trailer experience. 401K (up to 5% matching).

Provide support in a storefront environment, responding to inbound calls, emails, and helping clients in-person. IT support: 2 years (Preferred).
