Location: Ann Arbor

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED second shift and weekend Maintenance Team Member to join our team. The successful candidate would have previous maintenance experience as well as excellent customer service skills.

As the Maintenance staff for this organization the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:

· Snow & ice removal on sidewalks when necessary

· Knowledge and skills to complete and perform general maintenance repairs through purchase order requests

· General building cleaning, restocking and maintenance experience

· Ability to lift at least 60 lbs.

· Strong communication skills

· Set-up and tear down for events and meetings

· Perform walk-through inspections within the building to open and secure for closing

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Maintenance role

A hands-on and proactive approach.

A friendly customer service oriented can-do attitude

Must have reliable transportation and Valid Driver’s License and pass a drug and criminal background check.
