Operating trucks requiring a CDL license (e.g., performing basic functions like driving forwards, driving backwards, maneuvering in tight spaces, etc.).

Proof of current or pending state licensure in respective state. Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.

Registered Dental Assistant license (Preferred). The position is a *Part-time* position (*Mondays*) for an Orthodontic Registered Dental Assistant.

Be able to answer phone in a courteous manner. Responsible for maintaining accurate cash, credit, and other monetary transactions per company policy.
