POSITION: Community Liaison/Outside Sales/ Marketing full-time position

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Family Home Care, a leading provider of in-home caregiving services throughout the Central Coast for over 36 years, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to help manage our marketing efforts throughout our service area. This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships primarily with Physicians, Nurses, Hospital Staff, Case Managers, Social Workers, Discharge Planners, Care Navigators, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Senior Centers/ Board & Care, Assisted Living Staff and more.

This is an outside sales position requiring the individual to regularly work in the field, promoting, encouraging, and establishing utilization of our in-home caregiving services. This position will develop business and deliver professional presentations to potential new and existing accounts with the goal of building and increasing referrals for our in-home care services.

The successful candidate must be goal-oriented, possess a proven track record of sales success, and be a consistent performer.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and contribute to our marketing plan and use it to maintain and increase upon our base of referral partners.
  • Plan and direct marketing/sales efforts for Family Home Care’s services through personal effort, effective communication and teamwork.
  • Educate and maintain communication with referral sources, patients, families and coworkers to ensure organized deployment and ongoing satisfaction with care services.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Work within established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships within the professional community of current and potential referral sources.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and effectively interacts with members of the healthcare team
  • 3 years minimum marketing experience in home care, home health, skilled nursing, hospice, or another directly related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
