In this role, they know the ins and outs of all our product offerings, manage employees, emails, phone calls, chats and service tickets.

Answering phone calls with a proper greeting with a welcoming and helpful manner, answering patient questions (without providing medical advice), routing calls

Work on plant wide projects using hand tools, power tools, and mobile/areal equipment. Must work after hour calls and overtime when needed.

Have a valid driver license. Clean DMV record- No exceptions (if you had a DUI or suspended license for any reason in the past 5 years, please do not apply).
