Weekly Schedule: OFF on Mondays. Tuesday – Friday 8:30 A.M.-5:30 P.M., Saturday 8:30 A.M.-12:30 P.M.

A SOTA Secretary works collaboratively with the team to support the mission of SOTA Weight Loss and represent its values when interacting with clients and our community. Key Responsibilities

• Internal Administration and Data Entry
• Provide support to our clients and team
• Schedule client appointments
• Accept payments
• Prepare deposits
• Prepare reports
• Graciously handle multi-line incoming phone calls
• Data entry
• Basic accounting
• Alphabetical filing
• Drafting written communications

Skills and Requirements

• Must type 52 words per minute with accuracy
• 1-year of work experience with data entry
• Strong basic mathematic skills with a calculator
• Excellent customer service skills
• Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Mac computers
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with accuracy
• Sincere, kind, and compassionate customer service
• Strong computer skills
• Troubleshooting technology
