Assess incoming phone calls and walk-in patients needing triage. Graduate of an approved school of nursing with RN license to practice in NYS.

Primary components of this position include program management, field support, recruitment and hiring and other administrative duties as assigned.

Phlebotomy certification or current experience doing blood draws. Data entry of patient information in accurate manner. High School diploma or equivalent.

Massachusetts licensed physician and BC/BE MD/DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Manage a panel of patients towards evidence-based clinical quality
