Active, unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LCPC) in the State of Utah (must be fully licensed). Respond to patients requests for service or calls

Pulls and files patient charts as required and receives and places necessary telephone calls consistent with professional matter, clinic business and patient

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
