The social worker will be responsible for the social services/discharge planning of the nursing home and will be available to provide psychosocial counseling

Capable of working independently with minimal oversight. Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including collections.

Interested candidates should be NCCPA certified and prefer prior internal medicine, or family medicine, experience. Mainly established and new patient visits.

Must hold current license/registration to practice in the state of Florida and have prescriptive privileges or eligible to apply.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in engineering field with a focus in equipment reliability & MI, to include a risk-based approach towards development
