Office and Project Administrator

Position Overview:
KSPE, PLLC is looking for a part-time Office/Project Administrator to join our talented and growing firm! KSPE is located in beautiful Bolton Landing, New York, and has a staff with over 90 years of civil engineering experience. We serve the public, private, institution, and non-profit sectors, and practice all facets of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
This position is best suited for someone with a solid work ethic, good organizing skills, can work in a team environment, good Microsoft Suite skills, and a desire to pitch in on any task. This person would work with project managers and firm leadership in office administration and project administration.

Position Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Associates Degree or higher in Accounting, Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
• Prior experience with QuickBooks, invoicing, payroll, and vendor coordination and payments, preferred.

Position Responsibilities

• Assisting firm leadership in bookkeeping, payroll, and invoicing.
• Performing general office administration duties, including but not limited to ordering supplies, coordinating equipment rentals, managing company vehicles, etc.
• Assisting project managers with project administration duties, including setting up projects in our project record-keeping system, coordinating with sub-consultants, and assisting with project document development.
• Assisting in the preparation of marketing material and proposals. Potential for attending conferences to represent the firm.
