We are looking for an Operations Manager to join the growing AmeriPro EMS Team in the Albany GA market for IFT. This position will provide leadership and management to field operations staff, insure company policies and procedures are followed and oversee the operations department of the company to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.

Position Responsibilities:

• Supervises the day to day field activities of operations, including overseeing timely response, appropriate patient care, and proper transportation of patients.
• Provides accountability for delivery and usage of supplies. Ensuring all field employees have what they need to perform their job functions.
• Provides individual guidance and direction to field crews on appropriate operational matters, procedures, and practices.
• Coordinates replacements of absent crew members of out-of-service ambulances as appropriate to ensure proper unit hour utilization.
• Investigates service inquiries, incident reports, accidents, and injuries.
• Supervises crew handling of drugs and controlled substances.
• Establishes and maintains liaison between field personnel and administrative and support departments regarding trip reports, work schedules, education and training, pay, etc.
• Evaluates crew members patient care reports ensuring compliancy is meet in regards to SOP, Patient Care Protocols, and Company CQI agendas
• Maintains daily logbook of all events and information occurring during assigned shift and reports to Director of Operations.
• Develops relationships with Fire Department Officials and key customer accounts.
• Performs all of the above functions in accordance with established financial and operational plans, and goals pertaining to cost effectiveness and efficient management.

Requirements:

• Two years of college or equivalent management experience
• A minimum of three years of experience as a field EMT or Paramedic
• Valid GA EMT or Paramedic license
• Valid State drivers license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per hour
