Responsibilities:

The job responsibilities of our Operations Manager include:

• Leadership & Management
• Formulate strategies
• Implement strategies
• Accountability of Operations team
• Promotes and drives company culture and vision – demonstrating the core values
• Company-wide communication
• Vendor management and liaison
• Business Development
• Assist in the development of business plans
• Collaboratively creating employee development plans
• Create goals for the organization and help build the strategy behind them
• Ongoing business training for employees

Qualifications:

Required:

• BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
• Leadership experience with a track record of success
• Tech savvy
• knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g., supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)
• Understanding of finance and the implications of financial decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Manufacturing experience
• Experience in budgeting and sales
• Experience in team sports setting
• Professional certifications

Salary: $50k – $60k + bonus potential

This is a full time, on-site position
