Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff. Issue bills and accept payment. Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.

PE license preferred but not required. BS in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering field.

Work directly with corporate accounting for month end financial requirements such as Journal entry prep, account reconciliations, and inventory management.

Experience with project management and lean six sigma tools and structured methodologies. CAPM or PMP project management certification.
