Minimum BS in Optics, Engineering or related field. PC skills: Excel, Word, Project & familiarity with mechanical and optical design software.

A bachelors degree, certification or equivalent. RHIA, RHIT, and/or CCS, CIC certification. RHIA, RHIT, and/or CCS, CIC certification (Preferred).

Assists customers who are experiencing technical problems by quickly resolving issues or forwarding more complex issues to the appropriate technical resource

For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements, may require a current state issued Certificate of Eligibility.
