Goldman Global Arts & the Wynwood Walls Shop seeks an exceptional Product Development Associate.

The Product Development Associate will support the development and product selection of personal accessories, fashion, games, and artist exclusives. Additionally, the Product Development associate will prepare budgets, sales/margin forecasting, and all day-to-day administrative tasks and assist in all artist communication.

Compensation:

$20.00 an hour

Essential Functions:

• Design product templates utilizing the artist’s artwork.
• Prepare mockups to share with the internal team and artist for approval.
• Retouch, resize, and improve image & quality.
• Creates pitch decks of potential collaboration to be distributed to the artists.
• Creates visual decks of new products to be introduced to the stores & company-wide.
• Provides necessary follow-up assistance for orders, developments, and artists (ensures products arrive on time,

especially for photoshoots and launches).

• Moves product development projects from conception through completion by trafficking samples and conveying

comments, changes, and approvals to the appropriate parties.

• Research existing products for enriched content and new products to add to our assortment.
• Source new products and request & track samples.
• Creates logs of sample merchandise, schedules product reviews, and communicates results to the manager and vendor.
• Evaluate min/max quantities per different product.
• Requests and coordinates vendor imagery for all new products.
• Coordinates weekly product photography and uploads the content to the website's backend.
• Responsible for maintaining a cohesive and clean website for e-commerce (visual aspect).
• Prepare costing product models considering artist fee, shipping, and production total.
• Prepare licensing agreements for every product & artist development and circulate them on DocuSign.
• Distributes quarterly artist statements.

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience
• A strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of skills-set
• Extensive experience in Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
• Competent writing and editing skills
• Must be independent and very detail-oriented
