Kane Partners is searching for a Production Engineer for a leading manufacturer of industrial equipment. We are searching for a strong Production Engineer support our clients site manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· The Production Engineer will work at the direction of the plant manager on production projects to support the manufacturing operations.

· This engineer will be responsible for optimizing product flow though the facility through process optimization that may include tool /fixture selection, line layouts, ergonomic study, material presentation, and other relevant factors.

· Provide guidance to Design Engineering during drawing reviews regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques; and to identify any manufacturability challenges or changes required ahead of drawing release.

· Investigate and initiate corrective action to ensure product quality; resolve quality issues that arise during the build process to ensure all parts conform to the design configuration.

This is a full-time Production Engineer position with a strong company in growth mode. The right candidate will be able to work individually as well as collaborate with a diverse group of individuals, work tactically, but with an eye towards future strategy, and exhibit solid communication skills with internal management personnel and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
