Receive and direct incoming calls, take reliable messages, and route to appropriate staff. Under direct supervision provide reception and clerical assistance

Communicating with patients and suppliers (e.g., scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, billing and ordering supplies). Place and remove rubber dam.

Current license in Occupational Therapy (if required by state law). May supervise COTAs, Rehab Aides, or provisional licensed occupational therapists per state

This position makes outgoing phone calls to customers based on service needs such as open recalls and past due for scheduled maintenance.

Answering phones, taking messages, and transferring calls to appropriate staff. Complies with all state and federal regulations and organization confidentiality
