BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies. Human resources: 3 years (Required).

Drivers with no previous experience must successfully complete AVA's CDL training program and obtain their CDL license. Up to 10% End of Season Bonus.

Handle borrower, agent and lender calls, written correspondence in timely and effective manner. Handle agent, borrower and lender escalated calls and complaints

Coordinates with management and design team to organize, answer, and respond to subcontractor bid questions. Work in an office and field environment.
