What You Will Do:

• Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy goals.
• Develop and execute marketing plans.
• Manage inquiry database documenting all contact made.
• Prepare collateral materials for tours and marketing events.
• Ensure inquiries are followed up within a timely fashion, including nights and weekends.
• Maintain and manage the marketing budget.
• Collaborate with the Director and Health Care Coordinator to schedule assessments and move-ins.
• Participate in local organizations and committees to strengthen referral relationships.

Why You Are Qualified:

• A degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications, or related area preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, public relations, and/or sales desired
• Experience working with marketing plans and external sales
