Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct research on potential customers’ needs for Shamrock Group products or services needed.
• Set up meetings with potential customers, make cold calls and sales leads.
• Assist the Delivery team and Service team to provide excellent customer service.
• Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and training workshops as required.
• Persuade clients to purchase company products.
• Prepare contracts for clients.

Sales Representative Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in advertising, communications, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience working as an advertising sales representative.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Sales Force, Account Mate, Serve Quest (Prism) a plus.
• Sound knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
