Unarmed Security Officer

This is a great 30 hour weekend job for the right person in the downtown Portland Pearl District.

A strong candidate has at least a minimum education of a high school diploma or a GED, is at least 18 years old, has at least one year private security experience and a valid DPSST card, this person can write clear daily activity reports. This person has the stamina to stand guard for hours, walking patrols mostly indoors but with periodic exterior perimeter patrols as well. Good customer service is a must. They must have reliable communication and transportation. This person has a strong work ethic and can pass drug screening tests, is reliable and always on time, in other words this adult approaches their work in a professional manner and willing to take instructions. You will protect this location and its personnel by preventing trespassers and unauthorized persons from entering or skillfully directing them away from the premises. You will provide safety and security at this nice hotel.
