Provide expertise and translate the business needs to design; and develop tools, techniques, and metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization.

Assists employees, vendors, clients, or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services. Attention to detail and accuracy.

Engages in daily interaction with customers provides exceptional customer service by supplying service information and answering inquires.
