Hendricks House Group has been servicing clients with Substance Use Disorders for 30 years. We have facilities located in Vineland, Galloway and Millville.

We are looking for a Full-time Human Resources Specialist who has experience with generalist and recruiting experience, to include skills such as employee investigations, recruiting, terminations, training, and on-boarding.

This candidate will work closely with the Executive Director on day to day tasks.

Must have 5 years of HR generalist or higher experience. Candidates with 3 years of recent recruiting and generalist work will be considered.

Must be able to travel to different programs, when needed, to meet staff and program needs, job fairs, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, based on years of applicable experience for this position.
