We are looking for a senior architect and project manager with the ability to lead, collaborate with, mentor, and manage our growing team of young, creative professionals. We seek experienced leaders intrigued by the prospect of working on a diverse range of projects, producing and managing creative design solutions with our team in a way that achieves the collaborative vision. Professionals ready to see their work realized in built form in a timely manner as they focus on the next challenge. Team members excited about working on a variety of different types of projects, applying their experience and continually growing in their expertise.

What you need

• 10-15 + years of experience. We are open to qualified professionals at different stages in their career, from emerging leaders to seasoned veterans.
• Professional degree in architecture
• Experience managing and leading a variety of project types, preferably with multi-family residential, mixed use, and commercial expertise.
• A great attitude that will fit our culture of positive interactions with clients and team members
• A clear understanding building codes, details, and what’s required to communicated a comprehensive set of construction documents
• The commitment to manage the quality of the work produced by their project teams
• The expertise to lead a team, manage clients, coordinate with consultants, and provide construction administration
• The ability to communicate clearly through writing and architectural drawings
• Strong work ethic and accountability
• Proficiency with BIM, AutoCadd, and Sketchup

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
